Hi my name is Korowai and I'd like to tell you why we should all protect the kakapo. Have you ever seen a kakapo before? They are endangered and on the way to extinction. We need to protect the kakapo and we should help them so they won’t become extinct.


The kakapo live under the Ground in a barrow. This bird is actually a native bird and it is the only flightless parrot in the world.


We should protect the kakapo because there is a lot of Predators which are Stokes, rats and weasels. The kakapo is nice to it's predators, so how would they ever live. but this is the reason why we should protect them, they show good behaviours to the weasels and Stokes and rats and that's how they die easily and their population isn’t as much any more. but do you no that the kakapo is nocturnal up in the night a sleep in the day .

The kakapo diet is very special. They eat special muesli Berry fruit nuts seeds leaves grass roots and moss. I think they have a pretty healthy diet. I should try it myself.

Have I convinced you to save the kakapo and not let them go extinct.? I hope so.

It starts with the whole island, there are minutes counting down and as the time passes the circle in the safe zone gets smaller and the players are forced together.

There are 4 seasons The first season is about how to play.The second season is about hang gliders. The third season is about skins The forth is all about superheroes

Sea turtles are endangered like our kiwi and the number of turtles are reducing over time.


This is a Problem

There are many turtles in the ocean mostly in the coral reef where it is warm.The Rarotongans are killing some of the turtles.


Appearance

A sea turtles is different to all other turtles the sea.Turtles are endangered like our kiwi and the turtle shell is worth a lot of money because of the shell which is 1 meter wide and 1 meter long which are colours like a rainbow.
